Public Health and Buildings Ordinances and the Merchant Shipping

Consolidation Ordinances and of the Indices (so far as the Indices

respectively to the three last mentioned Ordinances have been

written) to deal with as the Governor shall think fit uninterrupted

and free from all claims of whatsoever nature by Sir Francis Taylor Piggott his Executors Administrators or Assigns, And the Governor hereby covenants and agrees with the said Sir Francis Taylor Piggott that he the Governor will take over all the liabili-

-ties set forth in the schedule hereto and will indemnify the said

Sir Francis Taylor Piggott against payment to the firms concerned the Accounts for printing as therein set forth And further that he the Governor will at all times hereafter effectively indemnify and

keep indemnified the said Sir F. T. Piggottt his heirs Executors Administrators and his Estate and effects from and against all

actions and proceedings costs claims and demands by the Governor

and in respect of the said revision of the said Ordinances how-

-soever arising and whether in relation to any mistakes or errors

in the said revision or otherwise howsoever. In Witeness whereof

the said parties to these presents have hereunto set their hands

and seals the day and year first above written.
